Our 35 kennels are licenced by Test Valley Borough Council, they are indoor, tiled and heated. The kennels are manned 24 hours per day and are fully alarmed. CCTV is also in operation throughout the premises including some of the kennels, so that we can keep a close eye on our guests. We have 17 exercise areas plus a full agility course and a dog assault course.
The kennels are located in 3 acres of beautiful countryside within easy access of Newbury, Andover, Hungerford and the surrounding towns and villages.
We are happy for you to visit our comprehensive facilities at any time during the opening hours, no appointment is necessary.
We offer both single and family size accommodation (maximum 4 dogs), where your family of dogs can enjoy their stay together.
All dogs are regularly exercised individually (unless from the same family) ensuring they get 1-2-1 attention throughout their stay with us.
We provide all bedding, bowls and food (unless on a specific prescribed diet or fresh meat). We endeavour to stick to your feeding routine as closely as possible and treats are available for all the dogs where permitted. We do not offer discounts for provision of your own food.
We do insist that your dog is fully vaccinated (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus)and in addition to these Kennel Cough vaccination must be current , (this does not form part of the routine annual vaccinations); so if unsure please confirm with your vet. Kennel cough must be administered 14 days prior to your dogs visit to the kennels. If your dog is taking medication, most can be administered onsite, by our experienced team of carers. In the unlikely event that your dog falls ill during its stay, we will contact your vets to discuss the dogs medical needs and transport them to your veterinary practice where practical to do so, otherwise we will transport your dog to one of the local veterinary surgeons for examination.
Please note that the kennel space is not reserved until receipt of the required deposit.
